Free Laundry for a Year Giveaway – Official Rules

Sponsor:
This giveaway is sponsored by Laundry Luv (“Sponsor”).

No Purachase Necessary:
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of TEXAS who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on December 17, 2025 at 12:00am CST and ends on January 31, 2026 at 11:59pm CST.

How to Enter:
To enter, submit a valid email address via the official giveaway entry form on the Sponsor’s website during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive Free Laundry for a Year, awarded as a $500 Laundry Luv Wash Card

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500 USD.

The wash card has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or transferred. The wash card may be used only at participating Laundry Luv locations.

Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about February 6, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Publicity Release:
Except where prohibited, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Release & Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.

Privacy:
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
