Always Whistling: This value comes from our very first teammate, Clay, who made such an impression that customers would comment on how happy he seemed, always whistling no matter what he was doing. Always Whistling means more just a cheerful attitude; it reflects our belief in being grateful for what we have, bringing great energy, and maintaining a positive mindset. No matter the task, we are happy to do it, and we do it with gratitude.

I Got It!: A value embodied by our first manager, Alex. Her approach to every challenge is with a confident “I got it!” attitude. This value is about resourcefulness, motivation, and action. At Laundry Luv, we seek out people who don’t wait for someone else to step up—they’re ready to jump in and get things done.

Curiously Coachable: The best hires we’ve made are those who come in eager to learn and improve, starting from day one. Being Curiously Coachable means our team is always seeking continuous improvement. It’s about asking questions, staying open to feedback, and constantly striving to grow and make ourselves better.

Lead with Luv: We approach every interaction with love because we believe that love drives success. When we put love first—whether it’s in how we treat each other or our customers—we create an environment where everyone feels supported. We’re selfless, we put the team first, and we lead with a servant’s heart.

Respond Not React: This value is about making thoughtful, intentional decisions. We don’t just react to challenges or setbacks; we take ownership, follow our principles, and lead processes that ensure we’re doing what’s right, every time.
